Safety Warnings

1 The discharge sphere and divider should be connected to earth reliable when apply the high voltage impulse to test the cable.

2 The power supply of tester should be turned on every 3months so that the battery can keep alive

3 There is high voltage energy saved in the capacitor and the fault cable when high voltage impulse test mode is applied. The high voltage circuit should be discharged with discharge stick before make disconnection for test

4 The operator should be certificated for high voltage test when apply high voltage impulse test the fault cable
